You can silence her when she ends her iceblock you won't be able to kill her alone but let your team get a chance

You can deny kinnesa from sniping by throwing axes at her (remember do not stay under her fire while you are low)

It can be useful to bait him with your shield, and then use Rocket boots towards cover. Still an extremely difficult match-up, unless you have a DPS that is on-point with taking him out.

Don't use any of your abilities until after he puts down barricade. Then, Charge through the barricade and burn whatever's visible until you start dying and put your shield up.

Always keep an eye on Makoa when your shield's up. Makoa's hook will disable your shield if it hits, but it can't hit you through your shield.
