Impasse can deny Makoa a shot and/or kill on his anchor target if done fast enough. Hold down the skill button and release after Makoa throws the anchor, putting the wall between him & the target (this can also save you as well).

As a support, be wary of Dead Zone! Do not stand inside it unless it's unavoidable and do not attempt to use healing abilities on allies affected by it until they've been cleansed. Remember that the effect lasts for 2 seconds after exiting.

Try to snipe her once, blink close to her and shoot again to engage Kinessa. If she does not dodge the shot both shots will connect at the same time and kill her instantly

Remember to use your ultimate after his is on cooldown, otherwise he will not die, not yet amigo.

If "DD" on your team too busy for destroying Grohk’s totem. Consider buying Bulldozer With Rank 1 you can one-shot his default totem(900HP) If he is using "Monolith Totem"(HPbuff), you must buy rank 2 in order to one-shot his totem.
