Two Sticky Bombs will down an Evie, hit your shots. If you anticipate being rushed put down a Grumpy Bomb. If you need to disengage use Poppy Bomb, then you need to finish the job before it finishes you.

Stick your bombs to the ground where Evie is Ice Blocking, and when she stop Ice Blocking. Detonate them.

When Evie goes into Ice Block, throw bombs on the ground next to her feet and detonate as soon as she gets out of Ice Block for an instakill.

When Evie goes into her iceblock, place sticky bombs on the ground near the edges of the ice instead of on the ice (where it is destroyed when she comes out of it )

If you have Chain Reaction legendary, place some Sticky Bombs around Evie in Ice Block and time your detonation right, so you can punish her for staying in it for too long.
