Viktor has no burst damage to finish off wounded enemies nor burst mobility to catch up to fleeing targets. he can output massive damage, but will struggle to get kills the moment a target hides behind a wall.

Skye vs Torvald
Teammates inside Smoke Bomb will not appear for Torvald, and his LMB will not target anyone if it is fired until someone appear on torvald's screen, use this trick to escape quickly if you are getting chased or save another teammates

Androxus vs Lex
Lex have more damage, but androxus wins on mobility. Try to strafe/dash in between shots, and use your Q on his RightClick and you should win. This is a skill match up.
