Grohk's Totemic Ward can completely negate his ultimate amd stun. He can also use Ghost Walk to avoid the ultimate if need be.

If you had to iceblock in a duel and the enemy is very low, the fastest action you can do coming out of iceblock is actually to primary fire, almost all the other abilities have a slight delay. You might die, but you might not, and they WILL die.

Totemic Ward can protect your team grom her Slows, Cripples(If running), amd her ultimate's stun.

Life Exchange - Use illusions to block shots, keep distance. When you can use another illusion to teleport away. If you have ult use it and teleport to a teammate.
