Ash's shield is small compared to the other tank character's shields (Height-Wise). If you can, try to get above her shield or go around it to attack her.

Keep in mind that jumping does NOT work when you are using 'Billow'.

Your charge is not much worse than Ash's. You can do it more often and it's just enough to negate Ash's knockback.

Take Torvald out from a distance. Torvald's abilities are all limited to close range. Not only that, he has no mobility skills.
