You can actually challenge Makoa, because you can ult to execute him, as he does not become untargetable to your ult while in ancient rage.

Vora deals most of her damage over time, so don't stay fighting her for too long and peaking at each other, but push her aggressively.

It is crucial to avoid her obliteration damage, as she is immune while doing it, deals plenty of damage and will even heal her if she has saved darkness stacks.
