Androxus' reversal isn't able to counter either, Guardian Spirit stun or Begone but his damage per second and having burst damage allows him to clean up kills on Io fairly Quickly. This is not to say that Io cannot body block with Luna.

I honestly think this is a skill match-up. Evie has a lot of mobility and deals high damage, but Viktor deals a bit more and has Hustle to escape if needed. It basically depends on who lands the first shot and surprises the other one.

Hook him when he does his high damage attack (default Q), it will stop it and not reset his cooldown, he might try to escape but if you hit the next 2 shots you should be golden.

Using your Runic Burst to force reload is great for stopping Ruckus from spamming bullets. Watch your shields though, especially if the Ruckus is carrying Wrecker.

Wait for Ruckus to trigger his shield then hook him, it will ensure you dont get hit by the slow and that his weapons resets which equals to less damage taken.
