Pretty close battle, but the advantage goes to Tiberius simple because Tiberius has more burst than Maeve with combat trance. Maeve still has a fighting chance though because she has a smaller hitbox, and she's more mobile than Tiberius.

Tiberius vs Evie
Even though Tiberius has a projectile weapon along with Evie, it's easier for him to hit shots on Evie than it is for Evie to hit shots on him. During combat trance, it's hard to miss a shot, and he bursts Evie down.

The trailer alone tips you off that Tiberius was made to counter Raum. Tiberius's heavy blade slows Raum, and his weapon shots shred Raum.

Tiberius vs Drogoz
Use combat trance to snipe Drogoz out of the sky. Your weapons are hard for him to dodge during combat trance, and you have no damage fall off, no matter how high he flies.
