use cover to get close and then use runic blast, shield recharge(if his shields are up), lock on attack(until he starts shield melting you). then move to other targets and into cover

easy thing, just go blast shield, resilence, go damage reduction after using soul harvest and ignition, enforcer, when he uses his grumpy, you have to stop shootin to gain movement speed, if you have loww health, use igniton, soul harvest N' enforcer

What I meant to say was this matchup is even. Compare the fire rates on their weapons. Evie wins only if she catches Victor off guard and lands the first shot. Victor is guaranteed to make Evie waste Ice Block. Just keep shooting at her.

Willo is very effective with Maeve when she uses her granade, and she kill Maeve easy. Try to use your escape to avoid immediatly that granade and escape , or, use the dash to escape and use nine lives to heal. Then go and kill her.
