Wait for Ruckus to trigger his shield then hook him, it will ensure you dont get hit by the slow and that his weapons resets which equals to less damage taken.

Generally, don't aim at Mal'damba when you activated your Ultimate, he will just slither past you straight-forward

Usually when Fernando has his shield up you should aim for his teammates and focus him down last. If you have nimble with Makoa you can walk through his shield and hook him on the left or right side before going for his teammates.

Check his loadout and his items. Resilience is generally a logic counter if he has both deft hands and >15% reload card in his deck.
