Skye vs Zhin
A good strategy for this encounter is to hit Zhin with your poison bolts first. Most Zhins will panic counter or billow. After that, it's very easy to burst him down with basics when his defenses are used up.

Try to be close to her but aim for her mines first so you aren't a target too easy, thunder can also be good to deal whith those, if you are far from her stay out of her line of sight as you are an easy target, keep healing your team instead
