You can go Unyielding Pressure against Yago, as you gain extra percentage based damage on your dark siphon (650 when in her travel form, 390 when planted).

After slowing skye, you can kill her easily, make sure, when she tries to turn invisible shoot a projectile to the ground, the blast will kill her. I recomend Catalyst legandary!

Don't try and flank Jenos, he will use stellar wind, and if you're not using agony the damage of rend soul wont be enough to kill the jenos when his out of your LOS (line of sight)

Overall, Skye counters Io. Skye does too much damage to Io and Io doesn't have a good escape or anything that can cleanse Skye's poison. Though when Skye tries to ult the point, you can ult as well to immune the damage. That's about it though.

Try to be close to her but aim for her mines first so you aren't a target too easy, thunder can also be good to deal whith those, if you are far from her stay out of her line of sight as you are an easy target, keep healing your team instead
