When Evie goes into Ice Block, throw bombs on the ground next to her feet and detonate as soon as she gets out of Ice Block for an instakill.

Artful Dodgers legendary or Resilence is a must, even when Grover doesn't use Crippling Roots as his legendary. You have two movement abilities and you're shut down if you can't use them.

You can Pounce and throw knives in order to heavily damage Evie when she just left her Ice Block. It lasts three secondsor earlier, so good reaction time and/or timing is important!

Mal'Damba's Ripened Gourd legendary is scary against Maeve. Try not to get too close to victims trying to heal up. It might be a good idea to move to somebody isolated or finish off weaker foes.

What I meant to say was this matchup is even. Compare the fire rates on their weapons. Evie wins only if she catches Victor off guard and lands the first shot. Victor is guaranteed to make Evie waste Ice Block. Just keep shooting at her.
