A good is Evie is good at dodging incoming fire. Always predict your enemies's moves. If you know that kinessa is going to fire her shot, Blink or Ice block. Same goes for shalin, cassie (after dodge roll), grover and others

If going for a surprise attack or finishing off an enemy, the best tip is to blink in the air. And when youre close to your enemy FIRE. Doing this makes it easier to hit people

I find blinking out of iceblock to have more of a delay than soaring out of iceblock, but soaring is easier to shoot. It really depends on where you are, who is looking to end you. Not staying for the full 3seconds CAN mislead the enemy too.

If you had to iceblock in a duel and the enemy is very low, the fastest action you can do coming out of iceblock is actually to primary fire, almost all the other abilities have a slight delay. You might die, but you might not, and they WILL die.
