Yagorath is a massive unprotected hitbox, ripe for the Blastflower talent. Your damage will easily ramp up against her, and she will be forced to retreat or die.

Unless he's using the Half Shell talent and/or the Barrier Reef loadout card, Makoa will often be vulnerable to weapon shots, especially during his ultimate. Using the Blastflower talent will help you to shred his large health pool.

Rucus is a pain if you're the only one attacking him but if you have movement speed, use explosive flask and use weightless to evade him then its easier to counter as long as you move like a bat out of hell; only this one has a potion launcher.

Io has very high healing output between her Moonlight and Luna. Make sure you use Dead Zone to help you close out kills on damaged enemies, or Io may be able to save them.
