Koga vs Lian
Lian's biggest advantage is superior range/pokes. Use the map to your advantage and try to sneak up on her, and once you're close enough you should be able to take her out. Use Shadow Step to evade her Presence and especially her ult.

In the moments when Torvald has no extra shield, stun him, and you can get an easy kill.

Kill her illusions first so that she can not heal/do dmg/block dmg with it

Kinessa vs Maeve
Kinessa's reload is fairly long, letting Maeve pitch damage in for free while you're reloading. If she's the only flank around and your team has other offense items covered, you could grab Deft Hands to help out an engagement.
