When she blinks above you, instantly use your escape ability to deny her hitting her shot before she blinks back.

Evie has one of the best mobility and damage output in the game put in the right hands. Wormhole is the best Legendary and should be your go to pick. The other 2 can also be good but its really deck dependent.

She has low hp (1800), so don't worry that much.

Direct hits of her ice projectiles do the most damage. Avoid them and go on mid or long range!

Go on mid distance when she is in her ice block form. When she breaks free again, the block will do damage to all enemies nearby
