Use legendary Demolition to counter all of his shields, even the ultimate, making it useless. This legendary might not be the best choice, but if opposite team has 2 or more tanks, including Barik, this legendary becomes even more viable.

Shell spin through his potion to dodge damage and CC. Jump from side to side when you see him try to throw his snake. Damage him and hook him for the finisher, even if he uses his escape you should still be able to get him.

Sha'Lin is a slow champion. Always try to get him by surprise and use the map to your advantage. He can't escape!

Get in close quarters in rooms or tunnels to nullify her escape ability, hook her and body block the doors. Dont engage at range, she will keep you away with her knockback and out-DPS you.
