"Smoke screen" blocks line of sight of Turrets, so they can't shoot anyone. You can mitigate Barik’s damage for 5 sec, just with one skill. Right timing and "smoke" placement is key factors.

Keep an eye on your turrets. They may lock on to Skye while she is behind you. This will give you a big head's up.

Bariks turrets will shoot Skye down as soon as she leaves stealth near them

While playing as Ash or Barik if the enemy skye uses her ult try to put up a shield in front of the bomb to absorb the damage
