If Kinessa uses Suppression legendary, Resilence is a must. Before confronting her, get rid of her mines. Otherwise it's impossible to even get close to her.

Kinessa is Usually Behind Enemy Lines, Use Your [Daggers] and [Pounce] to Quickly Finish Her Off, If She Escapes Use [Pounce] to Catch Up.

With Eagle Eye, if Kinessa hits a headshot, she will deal over 1800 damage; more than Maeve's max health, even if Maeve has Haven III.

When she uses her ult while in a 1v1 with you, use "Open season", so you can see where she is.

Kinessa's reload is fairly long, letting Maeve pitch damage in for free while you're reloading. If she's the only flank around and your team has other offense items covered, you could grab Deft Hands to help out an engagement.
