When sniping an Evie who is about to leave Ice Block, aim a little bit in front of her path in the direction she's facing because she will usually blink after leaving the block and tends to walk forward a bit first.

If you see Evie uses Ice Block and stays in it to heal, Charge your shot and aim for the head. there is a small window where Evie can't take action after Ice Block and you can one shot her as she comes out.

By using your blink ability, you can close the gap between you and Kinessa fast.

Try to snipe her once, blink close to her and shoot again to engage Kinessa. If she does not dodge the shot both shots will connect at the same time and kill her instantly

Avoid using soar to get close to Kinessa. If she hears you she will look for you and fully charged can One Shot you. Walk if possible or use blink as it's harder for your location to found by Kinessa than with soar.
