This one mostly depends on aim. Though Lian has a slight advantage because her weapon is hitscan, so shots travel faster. Though if Lian's misses her presence shot, Cassie wins.

Prowl cancelation is very important to know if using cat burgular. Right before ur about to throw the daggers at an enemy, activate prowl to get the bonus damg.

Evie is easy to counter if u know where she is blinking from (Wormhole). With cat burgular u can burst her down. When she aproach u, dont use prowl. Just throw some daggers at her. When she blinks back, pounce to her location and use prowl damgboost

If u use street cred lvl 2, u will have 2000hp. That alows the andro to 3 shot u if he/she lands only one headshot. Get at least street cred lvl 3 to not get 3 shot by andro. Also move around. It makes it harder for andro to land headshots on u.
