After slowing skye, you can kill her easily, make sure, when she tries to turn invisible shoot a projectile to the ground, the blast will kill her. I recomend Catalyst legandary!

Save your explosive flask for Skye. It will slow her down to allow for more precise follow-up hits and will reveal her if you have the "Catalyst" legendary selected.
