i have been seeing that a lot of people think that ruckus can beat Fernando. it takes more than 200 bullets to kill Fernando, meaning that Fernando can survive a full on attack for ruckus. Also a full on attack from Fernando can kill ruckus.

Ruckus with Wrecker can literally melt your shield! Formidable might be a good alternative to Aegis, since it gives you healing when your shield is abscent, but only once every 40 seconds, so enter the fight at the right time!
