Lian does very good damage and if you are in a situation where the Lian is targeting you next, try to make note on what abilities Lian has on cooldown so you can quickly snipe her down.

If you're hiding behind something and have a visual on Lian, you can surprise her with your first shot, teleport to a different location where you'll surely see her and finish her off.
