Don't use any of your abilities until after he puts down barricade. Then, Charge through the barricade and burn whatever's visible until you start dying and put your shield up.

Wait until he deploys his barricade. Then, charge through it and start the assault.

Whenever barik ult, just hold your shield in front of the turret, that negates the damage. (unless it breaks)
